Reorganization of the product architecture & UI

One of the biggest projects for the team was to rebuild the admin with the new rebrand. 

The main objective was to align the structure of the platform with the customer’s vision/mindset and at the same time apply the new style of the brand into the UI.

Card Sorting

For this project Vicky was responsible, so I was supporting and helping her to achieve the goals. The card sorting was focused on creating a user flow that enabled maximum optimization depending on the way the users used the platform.


The old platform wasn’t well planned. In order to improve the usability and maintain a better well-organized platform, we planned the new structure. This new structure was planned to be uniform to encourage consistency across platforms, environments, and screen sizes.

Usability Testing

Once we finish the new structure, we send it up through Maze to test fast and different audiences.
The results were promising. The different customers could finish and understand the tasks and missions. 



  • Implement the most critical part in 6 weeks. 
  • Check to which audience we implement this new design
  • Participated in the rollout process, and asked users for feedback in order to keep iterating.
